WESTERN CANADIAN TOUR BEGINS JULY 18TH / AUG DATES ANNOUNCED WITH KENNY ROBY

Hey there,
The Situation and I are excited to begin a short run of shows in Western Canada including Ness Creek Music Fest in Saskatoon. The first date is Wed July 18th at Times Change(d) High & Lonesome Club in Winnipeg. Check below for the full list of dates.

If you’re in Toronto tomorrow (Saturday) stop by the Sounds of Leslieville & Riverside Fest in Jimmie Simpson Park in the East End. We’ll be hitting the stage at 5:30pm.

Just announced, my buddy from Raleigh, North Carolina, Kenny Roby will be coming up to do some shows with me in Ontario.

He’s also in the band Six String Drag, who were produced by Steve Earle and Ray Kennedy in the 90’s on Earle’s label E-Squared. Ryan Adams has said “He’s phenomenal.”

Kenny and I met around 2008 through a mutual friend, mastering engineer Jeff Carroll in Raleigh, who mastered my 2nd album ‘Farewell Ghost Town’ along with a few others. I met Jeff through Don Kerr, co-producer of that album (with Tim Bovaconti). Over the next couple of years Kenny and I played some shows together in North Carolina. I love Kenny’s tunes and I’m happy that he’s making it back up to Canada after many years. August 17th in Collingwood, August 18th in Orillia (with Shawn William Clarke), August 19th in Kitchener and August 22nd in Toronto (with Lindy). Details below:
